Therefore, we are looking for a motivated Junior Recruiter (m/w/d) on a part-time or work-study basis at the earliest possible time.

Aufgaben

• Job postings with effect: You support in formulating, publishing, and maintaining our job postings on various recruiting platforms.
• Bewerbermanagement with overview: You manage incoming applications, keep deadlines in mind, and ensure a structured documentation.
• Term coordination & communication: You coordinate application interviews and are a friendly, professional point of contact for our applicants.
• Preliminary selection with intuition: You support in reviewing application documents and help identify suitable talents for our teams.
• Active Sourcing & Talent approach: You work on Active Sourcing, identifying suitable candidates on relevant platforms, and supporting professional direct approaches.
• Tight cooperation in the Recruiting team: You work closely with our Senior Recruiter, who serves as a sparring partner. Together, you develop our recruiting strategy further and ensure that we win the right talents for BBQ.

Qualification

• Educational or study background: Completed vocational training – ideally in the field of personnel – or a degree in business administration, education, or psychology, or a comparable field. Alternatively, you are currently studying.
• Communication strength: Very good German language skills on C1 level in writing and speaking. Additional language skills are an asset.
• Service orientation & appearance: A friendly, professional demeanor towards applicants and internal stakeholders is self-evident for you.
• Structured work style: You work organized, independently, and keep track even with multiple parallel processes.
• Digital affinity: The routine handling of common office programs is self-evident for you.
