• Main Point of Contact: You advise both sides partnership-style and ensure smooth communication throughout the entire recruitment process.
• Active Sourcing and Process Guidance: You find suitable talents from the banking sector through LinkedIn and other channels for our customers. For this, you take over the entire communication with suitable talents.
• Talent Acquisition and Customer Relationship Management: You win new banks as customers and nurture long-term partnerships with existing customers.
• Strategy Development: You keep an eye on the market in the banking sector and develop targeted strategies for sustainable customer acquisition.

Qualification

You bring this with you

• a completed commercial education or equivalent
• Communication strength and secure negotiation skills
• Outstanding customer orientation and sales strength
• High motivation and thorough work
• You bring first professional experience from personnel consulting or B2B sales with you, and you're eager for something new? Then we look forward to welcoming you as a lateral entrant.
