Junior Recruiter Milan

Randstad Professional – a specialized division of Randstad Italia Spa focused on the Recruitment and Selection of Middle and Senior Management profiles – is seeking a bright and motivated individual to join as a Junior Recruiter for a curricular internship.

Working alongside an expert in the FMCG and consulting market, you will have the opportunity to immerse yourself in Talent Acquisition processes and develop specialized skills in the sector.

What will you be doing?

The individual, under constant guidance from the team, will support the following activities:

• Talent Sourcing: Screening of resumes and market mapping through traditional channels and Headhunting processes.
• Candidate Management: Scheduling, welcoming, and managing relationships with candidates.
• Recruitment: Conducting pre-screening telephone interviews and participating in individual selection interviews.
• Job Posting: Drafting and publishing job advertisements on major portals and social media channels.
• Business Analysis: Analysis of job descriptions and study of client company contexts.
• Marketing & Networking: Support in marketing activities aimed at developing and consolidating the client portfolio.

The ideal candidate

• Educational Background: Undergraduate (Bachelor's or Master's degree) or Master's student in humanities, economics, law, or psychology.
• Passion: Strong interest in the world of Human Resources and Consulting.
• Technical Skills: Good knowledge of the English language and proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite.
