(Junior) Recruiter :in (m/w/d)

You'll master this

• The focus of your work lies in recruiting for the logistical area.
• You organize and coordinate in close coordination with your colleagues and departments Assessment Center for logistical vacancies.
• You conduct orientation days and accompany our applicants from start to finish.
• You support applicants in completing their documents as well as questions about contracts and onboarding - together with our team of personnel administration.
• You actively work on projects of the personnel department and supports as needed in employer branding.
• You work closely with the recruiting and employer branding team leadership at your location and reports regularly about your topics.
• You recruit Fach- and management staff in representation situations for your internal colleagues.

You bring this

• A completed degree with a focus on personnel, a comparable training or relevant work experience.
• First-hand experience in dealing with application documents as well as secure handling of MS Office or Google Docs.
• You are organized, keep your overview even in stressful phases and work service-oriented.
• You are communicative, responsible and enjoy working in a team.
• You have a desire to develop further, question processes and bring new ideas.
• You have very good German language skills, good English language skills, and additional languages are a plus.
