As a Junior Recruiter at HUBSUB, you will learn how commerce and people come together. You don't need recruitment experience yet; you'll learn that with us. What you do need? Energy, guts, and a desire to make progress.
From day one, you'll get responsibility, guidance, and see the results of your work. Not a dusty office job, but a dynamic role where you will switch gears, learn, and grow a lot. At HUBSUB, as a recruiter, you don't focus on quantity and volume, but specifically on quality. You will focus on one of our specialized fields and build a network of experienced professionals whom you will guide towards their next challenge. Candidates who are ambitious, eager to work, and want to be challenged by project-based work with our clients.

What will you do?

You will work together in a young and close-knit team where performance, fun, and helping each other go hand in hand. We don't just aim for the best result during work. During the Eindhoven Marathon, we also want to break our personal records every year. BJÖRN - COMMERCIAL MANAGER

• Approach candidates via phone, LinkedIn, and email. You dare to start the conversation and see calling not as something scary, but as an opportunity.
• Conduct introductory meetings. You will learn how to discover what drives someone and when there is a connection.
• Contribute to finding the best match. Between candidate, HUBSUB, and our projects.
• Co-write job vacancies and campaigns. Because good recruitment is also good marketing.
• Improve every week. Through coaching from experienced recruiters and by simply doing.

What do you bring?

• A (near) completed HBO (higher professional education) commercial degree
• Making contact with people comes easily to you
• You are naturally curious and ask probing questions
• You are not afraid to make calls (seriously: this is important)

What you can count on

• You start in a true junior role: learning is paramount
• Minimum 32 hours per week, 40 is also possible
• Hybrid working after your onboarding period
• Gross salary between € 2,800 – € 3,000 based on 40 hours
• Bonus scheme if you successfully connect talent to HUBSUB
