Junior Quantity Surveyor - Construction - Stellenbosch

Hire Resolve's client is on the lookout for a Junior Quantity Surveyor specializing in Construction to join their team in Stellenbosch. In this role, you will assist senior quantity surveyors in managing costs and overseeing budget tracking for various construction projects. Your ability to collaborate with clients, contractors, and project teams will be essential to ensure timely delivery and adherence to project specifications. Responsibilities: Assist in the preparation of cost estimates and tenders; Conduct site visits to monitor progress and identify potential issues; Collaborate with project managers to develop and manage project budgets; Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures; Maintain accurate records of project costs, invoices, and payments; Provide support to senior quantity surveyors in managing project finances. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying or related field; 0-2 years' experience in construction quantity surveying; Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; Ability to work independently and as part of a team; Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel.
