Junior Quantity Surveyor – Construction Industry
Job description
Our client, a leading construction firm based in Cape Town, is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join their growing team.
Requirements:
- BTech in Quantity Surveying (NQF Level 7) or equivalent qualification.
- 1–3 years of relevant experience in a similar role within the built environment.
- Proficiency in Candy (CCS) – minimum 1 year of hands-on experience.
- Willingness and ability to travel to project sites as needed.
- Valid driver’s license and own reliable transport.
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft 365 and BuildSmart.
- Excellent planning, organisational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Sound decision-making and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to effectively prioritise tasks and meet deadlines.
- A proactive self-starter with a solution-focused mindset and strong work ethic.
