- You work out concepts and implement new product developments in accordance with the given quality policy.
- In addition, you develop product specifications and further develop these.
- You are in regular exchange with internal departments (e.g. Product Management, Category Management, Marketing, etc.) and suppliers.
- The coordination and leadership of tastings as well as the preparation of briefings for corresponding audits including derived measures belong to your tasks.
- You are responsible for product investigations (evaluation and measure setting).
- The processing of customer inquiries as well as the complaint and complaint management also fall within your area of responsibility.
