Junior Python Developer - Fonduri de Investitii

Atlantic House Group seeks a talented junior Developer with good mathematical background for joining the development team based in Bucharest. Most of the work is done remotely.

This role is well suited to someone with a strong foundation in Python who wants to grow their skills in quantitative finance, data analysis, and software development.

You’ll work closely with team members on risk calculations, scenario analysis, and internal tools, contributing to real production systems while continuing to learn on the job.

Responsibilities:

• Support the development and maintenance of Python-based application used for fund management
• Work with financial data and instruments to calculate basic risk measures and sensitivities.
• Contribute to internal tools and utilities that improve team workflows.
• Assist in debugging, testing, and improving existing code.
• Help automate reporting and data processing tasks.

Requirements:

• University or master degree in a technical subject like Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Physics or Finance
• Good working knowledge of Python.
• Experience with pandas and basic data manipulation.
• English speaking and writing skills for communication with the Investment team based in London.
• Open to remote work and active online collaboration in the team.
