Junior Property Manager | Kraków

Job description:

Scope of responsibilities:

• Managing commercial properties;
• Ongoing cooperation with the owner of the managed property;
• Implementing modern solutions aimed at increasing the functionality and potential of the property;
• Ensuring event activities and ESG actions on the managed property;
• Regular contact with tenants;
• Controlling the state of the property and managing subcontractor works;
• Organizing tenders for services and supplies;
• Preparing OPEX and CAPEX budgets, analyzing costs;
• Optimizing operational costs;
• Reporting in Polish and English;
• Controlling formal-technical documentation of the property.
  

Our requirements:

• Minimum 2-3 years of experience in independent management of commercial properties;
• Experience in organizing tenders for subcontracted services;
• Experience in preparing OPEX and CAPEX budgets and optimizing costs;
• Fluent use of the English language (spoken and written);
• Excellent communication skills, independence, and creativity in effectively solving problems;
• Willingness and ability to cooperate with a team;
• Very good work organization.
