Aufgaben

Your role and tasks

• Support the technical project leader in overseeing the client-side construction supervision of turnkey new-build and renovation projects for shell / building envelope / fit-out / TGA until handover.
• Participate in the owner's representation vis-à-vis all project participants.
• Participate in coordination with general contractors, individual subcontractors, engineering firms, etc.
• Support the technical project leader in monitoring costs, deadlines, and quality.
• Collaborate in the planning, tendering, procurement, and accounting process.

Qualifikation

Your profile

• SUCCESSFUL completion of a degree program with a focus on civil engineering or comparable field.
• First practical experiences are beneficial.
• Fluent German in writing and speaking.
• Techical know-how, organizational skills, analytics, and precision.
• Good knowledge of MS-Office.
• Eagerness to take on tasks, teamwork, humor, and enthusiasm.
• Possession of a Class B driver's license, daily travel readiness.
