Responsibilities

• You will support the implementation of influencer and social media campaigns
• You will be in exchange with creators and keep projects running
• You will research suitable creators and make an initial pre-selection
• You will contribute to content ideas and editorial plans
• You will plan and accompany content productions
• You will coordinate closely with Strategy, Creation, and Paid
• You will prepare presentations and reports
• You will analyze campaigns and draw initial learnings from them

Qualifications

• You have initial experience in social media, influencer marketing, or project management (e.g., through internships or as a working student)
• You have a good feel for social media and recognize what works (and what doesn't) on TikTok & Instagram
• You are enthusiastic about creator marketing and interacting with influencers
• You work in a structured manner and maintain an overview even with multiple topics
• You are proactive and think solution-oriented
• You are communicative - within the team, with creators, and also in exchanges with clients
• You are proficient in German and English
