Digital sports projects are our DNA. With numerous B2B and B2C applications, we support sport publishers, associations, leagues, teams, and athletes in digitalizing their sporting daily life. For example, with the leading team organization app SpielerPlus. SpielerPlus is with over 5 million users the leading app for organizing teams in over 80 sports.

To enable our teams and products to continue growing, we are looking for reinforcement in digital project management at the earliest possible time:

Junior Project Manager (m/w/d) – Digital Sports Products

Aufgaben

This is what you can expect

As a Junior Project Manager, you will support the implementation and coordination of our digital projects around SpielerPlus, Teamtip, SportlerPlus, etc..

Your main task: Create structure, improve communication, and reliably move forward with projects.

Your tasks at a glance:

• Coordination and accompaniment of ongoing projects across multiple products
• Support in planning and implementing new features and initiatives
• Improvement of team structures, processes, and internal collaboration
• Preliminary preparation and moderation of meetings, syncs, and project updates
• Ensure that tasks are clearly distributed, documented, and traceable
• Interface between different teams like development, product, and business

Qualification

Your profile

Must-haves:

• A strong organizational talent and joy in moving things forward
• Very good communication skills and team feeling
• Interest in digital products and modern working methods
• You work structured, reliable, and solution-oriented
• Motivation to take responsibility and grow with the team

Nice-to-haves:

• First experience in project management and product environment
• Contact with tools like Jira, Asana, or Notion
• Basic understanding of software and development processes
• Affinity to sports or active interest in team organization
