Junior Projektmanager (w/m/d) Sales & Marketing

Business Angels Deutschland (BAND) e. V. is since 1998 the umbrella organization of business angels and their networks in Germany. As aggregator and think tank of the nationwide business angel ecosystem, we advocate for successful entrepreneurship and the strengthening of early-stage startup financing. We make the overall economic significance of start-ups and private early-stage investments visible and represent the ecosystem actively towards politics and the public. Based on our practical experience as investors and networkers, we identify optimization potential in the startup ecosystem and contribute to further professionalization of early-stage financing in Germany.

To support our team, we are looking for a motivated Junior Projektmanager (w/m/d) at the earliest possible time in an unlimited appointment for at least 20 hours per week at the Berlin/Remote-Hybrid location, who supports us in planning, implementing, and communicating marketing and networking activities and wants to gain first professional experience in association and network management.

Aufgaben

Operatives Marketing: Preparation, implementation, and monitoring of email dispatches (newsletters, invitations, campaigns) using our marketing tool.

Follow-up: Implementation of telephone and written follow-up actions (e.g., for member acquisition, after events or during campaigns).

Content-Support: Support in creating and adapting marketing materials and presentations.

Vertriebsassistenz: Administrative support to the team in acquisition and partner management processes.

Datenmanagement: Responsibility for the careful and continuous maintenance of our member and contact data bank (CRM) – basis for all strategic communication activities.

Event-Koordination: Support in organizing network events.

Kommunikationsunterstützung: For example, adapting marketing materials (e.g., presentations, flyers), etc.

Qualifikation

A completed commercial training, bachelor's degree or comparable qualification. Ideal job for motivated professionals entering the workforce.

Fundamental interest in the topics of economy, start-ups, and networking.

You bring the following Fähigkeiten:

• Sorgfalt und Genauigkeit: Excellent attention to detail in handling data and lists (excellent Excel skills are an asset).
• Tool-Kenntnisse: First practical experience with CRM systems and/or email marketing tools is desirable.
• Kommunikationsfähigkeit: Good written and oral communication skills in German language.
• Arbeitsweise: High self-initiative, quick understanding ability, and structured, reliable work style.
• Reisebereitschaft: Willingness to occasional travel for event management.
