(Junior-) Project Manager

To strengthen our team, we are looking for a project manager (m/w/d) who will independently manage customer projects, coordinate internal departments and ensure that agreed-upon measures are structured, timely and implemented with high quality standards.

Aufgaben

• Eigenverantwortliche Projektsteuerung: You take over the planning, coordination and implementation of our customer projects – from onboarding to successful project completion.
• Kunden-Onboarding und Bedarfsanalyse: You conduct structured kick-off meetings, identify goals and requirements of our customers and translate these into concrete project plans and measures.
• Zentrale Kundenkommunikation: You are the central point of contact for our customers during the entire collaboration, coordinate inquiries and ensure fast and professional communication.
• Koordination interner Fachbereiche: You work closely with departments such as Recruiting, Consulting, Marketing, Sales and Customer Management to ensure a smooth information flow.
• Projektplanung und Priorisierung: You define tasks, responsibilities, milestones and deadlines and ensure that all parties involved know their next steps.
• Fortschritts- und Qualitätskontrolle: You monitor project progress, results and relevant key figures, recognize deviations early on and implement suitable measures.
• Meeting- und Aufgabenmanagement: You prepare customer meetings and internal project briefings, document decisions and follow up on agreed tasks.
• Prozessoptimierung: You identify potential for improvement in existing processes and actively work on developing more efficient and scalable processes.
• Reporting und Auswertungen: You create presentations, project reports, status overviews and decision-making grounds for customers, departments and management.
• Kundenentwicklung: You recognize additional needs and optimization opportunities and develop solutions together with our consultants that are tailored to the further success of our customers.
• Ressourcen- und Budgetsteuerung: You support in allocating capacities and managing project-specific budgets, time expenditures and economic goals.
• Sicherstellung unserer Qualitätsstandards: You ensure that all projects are professionally documented, reliably implemented and treated with high service and quality standards.

Qualifikation

• You hold a completed degree in fields such as business administration, economics, psychology, human resources or project management, or have equivalent qualifications/experience.
• You bring ideal first professional experience in project management, consulting, personnel consulting, recruitment agency, marketing agency or account management.
• You have experience in structured planning and controlling multiple parallel projects. You work safely with common office applications, digital communication tools, project management and CRM systems.
• You can analyze key figures, project status and results and present them in a clear and understandable manner. You are able to create professional presentations, documentation and decision-making grounds.
• You have very good German language skills in writing and speaking (native speaker level).
• Knowledge of the fields of recruitment, personnel placement, digital marketing or healthcare is helpful but not a mandatory requirement.
