Junior Project Manager (m/w/d)

Tasks
Your mission with us:
After an intensive onboarding period, you'll quickly take over your own responsibilities and ensure the smooth operation of our national and regional customer projects:
Offer preparation: You'll help the team create new offers for our customers.
Project follow-up: You'll be present at important milestones like project start (kick-off) and completion (review) and support the team.
Quality controls: You'll organize weekly quality checks for letters and packages.
Metric monitoring: You'll follow ongoing tests and ensure everything runs smoothly.
Data analysis: You'll review results and prepare data so that customers and colleagues can easily understand it.
Customer contact: You'll be the point of contact for our customers and partners – both in German and English.
Billing support: You'll help us settle completed projects neatly.
Qualification
You bring with you:
Fundamentals: A completed vocational training or degree (e.g., economics, sociology, engineering).
Numeracy affinity: You have a strong passion for numbers, data, and analysis and are proficient in MS Office (especially Excel).
Linguistic skills: You're fluent in German and good in English – both written and spoken.
Soft Skills: You're communicative, work well in a team, and bring structured working habits with you.
Plus points (not a must): First experience with tools like Google Workspace, Trello, or Confluence as well as knowledge of the postal and logistics industry.
