Tasks

What awaits you (and what you will learn with us)

Your Daily Business:

• Participation and independent assumption of exciting personnel marketing projects in the DACH region
• Planning, coordination, and implementation of projects – from pre-onboarding to setup to launch
• Preparation and execution of kick-offs including campaign setup (e.g., Meta & Dripify)
• Building and maintaining long-term customer relationships – with growing responsibility
• Contribution to the further development of our processes, projects, and services
• Key figure tracking & reporting (don't worry: we'll show you how)
• Understanding and implementing technical connections between social media platforms & tools
• Support with video shoots and content productions

Qualification

Who we are looking for

This position is ideal for you if you…

• are fresh out of university or
• have been working for a short time and realize that you are currently not progressing
• are eager to take responsibility and develop yourself both professionally and personally
• have an interest in social media, marketing, communication, or employer branding
• work in a structured manner and like to keep an overview
• are not afraid of numbers, tools, and new topics
• enjoy working with people – in the team and with clients

Nice to have, but not a must:

• First touchpoints with project management, marketing, or social media
• Experience with Meta Ads
• Basic understanding of key figures or technical tools
