Aufgaben

Your role as Junior Project Manager:

• You will accompany the setup and implementation of new projects,
• You will document the requirements of our clients and support management and distribution of information & work aids,
• You will take over planning, implementation, and optimization of your own first projects & campaigns, naturally with close guidance from experienced colleagues in your team,
• Analyze, optimize, and track relevant project metrics,
• Tight collaboration with your colleagues in operations and individual departments (e.g. technology, training,...),
• Care for the contact persons of our clients, You are the first point of contact in daily cooperation,
• Planning and control of measures to ensure and improve quality agreements,

Qualifikation

Your strengths as a project management hero:

• A completed commercial education or studies or comparable qualification,
• At least two years of experience as a specialist/manager in customer service at a call center, for example, as a trainer, team leader, or quality manager,
• Outstanding numerical understanding and corresponding analytical and conceptual skills,
• Tech affinity, secure handling of common office applications (especially MS Excel),
• Communication strength and strong assertiveness,
• Clear and structured working style, organizational talent,
• Sympathy and empathy, two characteristics that will help you in dealing with our clients/clients,
