Aufgaben

Projektmanagement bei uns hat nichts mit Vertrieb zu tun.

You don't have to sell anything, chase leads, or convince anyone.

Dein Daily Business:

• Mitarbeit und eigenständige Übernahme von spannenden Personalmarketingprojekten im DACH-Raum
• Planung, Koordination und Umsetzung von Projekten – vom Pre-Onboarding über Set-up bis zum Launch
• Vorbereitung und Durchführung von Kick-offs inkl. Kampagnen-Set-up (z. B. Meta & Dripify)
• Aufbau und Pflege langfristiger Kundenbeziehungen – mit wachsender Verantwortung
• Mitwirkung an der Weiterentwicklung unserer Prozesse, Projekte und Dienstleistungen
• Kennzahlen-Tracking & Reporting (keine Sorge: wir zeigen dir, wie)
• Technische Anbindungen zwischen Social-Media-Plattformen & Tools verstehen und umsetzen
• Unterstützung bei Videodrehs und Content-Produktionen

Qualifikation

Diese Stelle ist ideal für dich, wenn du …

• Lust hast, Verantwortung zu übernehmen und dich fachlich wie persönlich zu entwickeln
• Interesse an Social Media, Marketing, Kommunikation oder Employer Branding hast
• strukturiert arbeitest und gern den Überblick behältst
• keine Angst vor Zahlen, Tools und neuen Themen hast
• gern mit Menschen arbeitest – im Team und mit Kund:innen
• Erste Berührungspunkte mit Projektmanagement, Marketing oder Social Media

Nice to have, aber kein Muss:

• Erfahrung mit Meta Ads
• Grundverständnis für Kennzahlen oder technische Tools
