Tasks

What's waiting for you (and what you'll learn at us)

Your daily business:

• Collaboration and independent takeover of exciting personal marketing projects in the DACH region
• Planning, coordination, and implementation of projects – from pre-onboarding to set-up to launch
• Preliminary preparation and conduct of kick-offs including campaign setup (e.g. Meta & Dripify)
• BUILDING AND MAINTENANCE OF LONG-TERM CUSTOMER RELATIONSHIPS – with growing responsibility
• Participation in the further development of our processes, projects, and services
• Key figure tracking & reporting (no worries: we'll show you how)
• Technical connections between social media platforms & tools understand and implement
• Support for video shoots and content productions

Qualification

Who we're looking for

This job is ideal for you if …

• You've just graduated from university or
• You've been working for a short time and realize that you're not currently moving forward
• You have the desire to take on responsibility and develop yourself professionally and personally
• You're interested in social media, marketing, communication, or employer branding
• You work structured and like to keep an overview
• You don't fear numbers, tools, and new topics
• You enjoy working with people – in the team and with customers

Nice to have, but not a must:

• First contacts with project management, marketing, or social media
• Experience with Meta Ads
• Basic understanding of key figures or technical tools
