What you do here

Your tasks are diverse and challenging

• As part of our interdisciplinary project or pitch teams, you support the conception, planning, and implementation of various corporate events and public events – face-to-face, hybrid, virtual.
• You research locations, service providers, catering offers, and more.
• You review offers and negotiate prices and conditions with a senior advisor in consultation: for your (part-)project.
• You support the planning of video, audio formats, and live streams.
• During the event production, you ensure a smooth flow and an unforgettable experience for all guests.

What you bring

• a completed degree / training in the field of communication or a comparable field
• 1 to 2 years of experience on agency / company side with live and virtual projects
• welcome interests in text/concept and/or motion picture production
• A sense for organizing
• Fluent German and English skills
• Communication strength, team spirit, curiosity, and openness
• A desire for your/our continuous development
