Junior E-Commerce Project Manager (m/w/d)

Yoffi Digital is a 2022-founded agency that specializes completely in Shopify. From shop setups to migrations, and up to shop optimizations and A/B testing – as a boutique agency, we only manage a maximum of 10 brands at the same time. Why? Aufgaben

As Junior Project Manager:in, you will work full-time hand in hand with our clients to continuously develop their Shopify stores. You will take over project coordination independently and ensure that the implementation runs smoothly with our developers.

Your tasks:

• You are the first point of contact for our clients and coordinate the setup and optimization of their Shopify stores
• Client inquiries? No problem – you'll handle workload calculations, create offers, and lead to-do lists for our developer team from there
• You keep track of measures and results at all times and ensure that problems do not become problems
• You train our clients in the Shopify environment
• After project completion, you ensure everything runs smoothly and take care of quality control and evaluation

Qualifikation

• You have completed a degree (perhaps in business administration, communication or something related to media?) or similar training – as long as you bring enthusiasm for the topic!
• First experiences in project management, e-commerce, or even Shopify? Nice, that's a plus point!
• You are an organizational talent, keep your overview even in stressful situations and tackle things structured
• Eigeninitiative and proactive action are second nature to you – and you always have ideas on how we can improve our processes better
• Buiding client relationships? Check! You communicate openly and honestly and can also set clear boundaries when necessary
• Your German skills are top-notch, and you can express yourself well in English too
