Job description
We're driving the energy transition forward – and you can be part of it!
At Return, you'll develop battery storage projects that decide whether renewable energy really makes it into the system – or gets lost.
We don't build concepts. We build infrastructure.
With a strong capital base, a rapidly growing project pipeline, and an international team, we actively shape the European energy transition.
If you love complex projects and real ownership, apply now and join our team in Hamburg!
Tasks
As Junior Project Manager Batteriespeicher, you'll support the development and implementation of our large-scale battery storage projects in Germany.
You'll work closely with experienced project developers, network experts, engineers, and external partners, taking responsibility for your own tasks and sub-projects from day one.
We're not looking for administrators. We're looking for people with drive, curiosity, and the willingness to bring things forward.
Qualification
- A successful degree in a field such as economics, engineering, geography, environmental sciences, or business administration
- First practical experiences through internships, work student assignments, or initial professional experience in project management, renewable energy, or infrastructure projects
- Pasión for the energy transition and the transformation of the energy system
- A hands-on mentality and the motivation to take responsibility
- A structured and independent working style with analytical thinking and a good understanding of technical and economic interdependencies
- Strong communication skills and joy in collaboration with different stakeholders
- Very good German language skills and English language skills
Benefits
- A direct contribution to the energy transition through the development of critical energy infrastructure
- Responsibility and scope for action from day one
- The opportunity to learn from experienced experts in the battery and energy industry
- A dynamic, international, and growing environment
- Fast decision-making processes and high implementation speed
- Collaboration with colleagues across Europe
- 2 days of home office
- 30 days of vacation
- An attractive remuneration package and excellent development opportunities in one of the most exciting growth markets in Europe
We believe that the energy transition doesn't come about through endless discussions, but through people who take responsibility and implement projects.
If you're eager to work in an ambitious team, learn quickly, and develop infrastructure for the future of Europe, then we look forward to your application.
Join Return and shape the energy supply of tomorrow.
