At BIMEXPERTS in Vohenstrauß, you will develop from a technician to a junior project leader for supply technology, HKLS or electrical engineering – with modern BIM processes, digital tools and KI-supported working methods.

We are looking for people who think ahead, take responsibility and want to make TGA planning more modern together with us.

Tasks

• You will support our project leadership in challenging TGA projects in the field of supply technology, HKLS or electrical engineering.
• You will coordinate together with experienced colleagues technicians, designers, internal departments, clients and project partners.
• You will follow deadlines, tasks, open points and project status and ensure that information is properly documented and continued.
• You will prepare technical adjustments, meetings, protocols and decision-making grounds.
• You will check together with the team planning stages, technical solutions, collision points and plausibilities.
• You will learn to recognize risks early on in terms of deadlines, quality, costs or missing information and actively address them.
• You will work on building modern working methods – especially in BIM, digital planning processes, project controlling, modern tools and KI-supported project work.
• You will take step by step more responsibility and develop towards independent project leadership.

Qualification

• You have a technical education, study or first professional experience in the field of supply technology, HKLS, electrical engineering, building services or technical building equipment.
• You understand technical plans, calculations, CAD or BIM models and want to further develop your knowledge in practice.
• You work structured, reliable and solution-oriented.
• You are interested in projects not just technically, but also organizationally shaping them.
• You communicate clearly and concisely with colleagues, technicians, clients and project partners.
• You are willing to take responsibility, ask questions and further develop yourself professionally and personally.
• You are open to BIM, digital planning processes, modern software tools and KI-supported working methods.
• You bring very good German language skills in writing and speaking with you.
• You can ensure regular presence at our location in Vohenstrauß. Your place of residence ideally lies within the daily commute area or you are specifically willing to relocate to the region.
