Aufgaben

As a (Junior) Project Leader, you will benefit from these experienced teams and grow into a key role: You will keep your project team on track, actively shape collaboration with and mediate between different perspectives.

Your tasks are multifaceted and your sense of communication, timing, and connections comes fully to the fore:

• You analyze customer needs, formulate requirements, and develop concrete solution proposals together with the team.
• You shape sprint and release plans, prioritize backlogs, and write user stories with a view to feasibility and impact.
• You mediate between customer wishes and team capacity – motivating, realistic, solution-oriented.
• You coordinate coordinations and ensure that the right information reaches the right people at the right time.
• You keep track of effort, time, and budget and prepare status reports for internal and external stakeholders.

Qualifikation

Your Profile

• You have a degree in economics, business informatics, e-business, or project management, or an equivalent qualification, such as a vocational training with corresponding work experience.
• You have 1-3 years of relevant experience as an IT consultant, in project management, or as a product owner.
• You work according to classical and agile project management methods.
• You possess IT affinity and are interested in technical connections.
• You speak excellent German and very good English – and find the right words in both languages.

• You bring structure to dynamics – prioritize, moderate, and remain sovereign, even when it gets tough.
