To strengthen our team, we are looking for a motivated Junior Project Manager (m/f/d) for the field of urban water management.
Your Responsibilities- Project Management: Independent handling of smaller projects in the areas of water supply, surface water drainage, and wastewater disposal, from conception to execution planning.
- Planning & Design: Participation in detailed and execution planning, as well as independent CAD design.
- Teamwork: Technical guidance and interface to the CAD draftsmen in the team.
- Calculations: Performing technical dimensioning (e.g., pipe network, sewer, and retention basin dimensioning) using MS Excel and specialized software.
- Site Operations: Participation as Local Site Supervisor (ÖBA) on the construction site (invoicing, daily site reports, on-site quality control).
- Education: Completed technical degree (University of Applied Sciences/University with a focus on Cultural Engineering and Water Management, Civil Engineering) or a degree from a higher technical college (HTL) in construction.
- Experience: Initial professional experience is an advantage, but ambitious career starters are also very welcome.
- Work Style: High willingness to learn, precise, structured, and conscientious work approach.
- Soft Skills: Teamwork skills, flexibility for switching between office work and site operations, and enjoyment of coordination with draftsmen, clients, and authorities.
- Mobility: Driver's license class B required (for site operations), trips from the office in Hall will be managed with pool vehicles.
- Secure Start: No need to fear the deep end: In the first few months, you will work closely in tandem with an experienced Senior Project Manager who will onboard you step by step.

For this position, we offer a salary starting from € 3,000 gross per month (full-time basis). Depending on your specific qualifications, education, and professional experience, there is an explicit willingness to pay above the stated minimum.
