Tasks

Your tasks as Project Leader

• Eigenverantwortliche Projektbetreuung: You accompany small, standardized projects for media technology and video conferencing systems from planning to implementation.
• Projektorganisation: You structure project workflows, coordinate schedules and resources, and ensure transparency within the team.
• Koordination von Beteiligten: You coordinate planners, technicians, and external partners – consistently, solution-oriented, and with a clear quality requirement.
• Qualitätssicherung vor Ort: You participate in milestones at the customer's site, conduct site inspections, and learn to assess technical requirements.
• Unterstützung bei Abnahmen: You accompany customer acceptance tests and ensure that the agreed-upon requirements are met.
• Kommunikation & Reporting: You keep stakeholders informed and document project progress structured.
• Lernen & Weiterentwickeln: You analyze project workflows, recognize optimization opportunities, and prepare results professionally – as preparation for taking over larger projects.

• Technical understanding: You have a good basic knowledge in AV media technology, IT, electrical engineering, or a comparable technical environment.
• Lernbereitschaft: You are curious, engaged, and want to take on responsibility in project management step by step.
• Structure & Organization: You work methodically, keep track of schedules and tasks, and value quality.
• Kommunikation & Teamarbeit: You approach professionally, consistently, and solution-oriented in the team and with customers.
• Deutsch & Englisch: Very good German language skills and good English language skills enable you to communicate securely.
• Motivation & Perspective: You want to grow, learn new technologies, and take on responsibility as a project leader in the long term.
• Nah am Kunden: Willingness to travel for decisive project phases to the customer.
