Job description
Do you have expertise in heating and cooling planning and want to develop into project management? For a future-oriented planning company, we are looking for a dedicated personality who will help shape sustainable energy solutions from the concept phase to implementation.
Your tasks
- Contribution to energy and supply concepts, comparative analyses of options, and condition assessments
- Support in the planning of district heating and cooling networks and site networks
- Calculation and estimation of heating requirements, capacities, and energy quantities
- Creation of hydraulic schematics and dimensioning of networks and components
- Development of plans and schematics in CAD
- Participation in technical and functional tenders
- Support during the execution phase, coordination of contractors, and assistance in specialist site management
- Depending on experience and interest, involvement in ventilation and sanitary concepts
Your profile
- Education as a building services planner in the field of heating or several years of experience in heating and cooling planning
- Proficiency in heating demand calculations and the design of systems, hydraulic components, and networks
- Experience with schematics, floor plans, and tenders
- Knowledge of Trimble Nova
- Ongoing or completed further training at HF/TS level or a degree in building services, mechanical engineering, or renewable energies is an advantage
- Initial experience in project management or specialist site management is welcome
- Knowledge of ventilation or sanitary planning as an additional plus
