What will you do?
As Junior Project Leader, you support the project leader in daily management of projects. You work in multidisciplinary teams with hardware and software engineers, preparers, and executors. You learn how to organize a technical project from A to Z and grow step by step towards an independent role.
Your tasks will include:
- Supporting the preparation and monitoring of planning
- Coordinating with engineers, suppliers, and partners
- Preliminary preparation of project documentation and progress reports
- Thinking about risks, opportunities, and technical solutions
- Visiting project locations
- Signaling bottlenecks and ensuring that these are timely resolved
- Learning how contracts, safety, quality, and finance come together within a project
You're right in the middle of technology, have lots of contact with colleagues, and see your contribution quickly reflected in practice.
