Job description You are the point of contact for the builder. You ensure that safety regulations are followed and productivity on the construction site is maintained. You lead the teams (workers and subcontractors) on the construction sites, guide them, and help them with technical questions or difficulties. You don't hesitate to roll up your sleeves yourself. Profile You have a bachelor's degree in building engineering or equivalent through experience. You are a good coordinator and problem solver. You are able to work independently and as part of a team. You have strong communication skills and can handle multiple tasks simultaneously. You are flexible, reliable, and proactive. You are able to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively. You are able to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
