Junior IT Project Manager (with AI)

We are looking for a Project Manager, eager to develop with AI, whose work will make projects run noticeably faster and with fewer errors.

Your tasks:

• Participation in IT project management - from concept to implementation
• Proactive identification of potential obstacles in the project and preparing solutions
• Creating prototypes and concepts using AI tools
• Coordination of project team work and ensuring effective communication
• Monitoring project progress and risk management
• Participation in the optimization of project processes to increase efficiency
• Supporting the team in ensuring compliance of project implementation with business goals
• Preparing reports and analyses for management

Requirements

• Ability to effectively use AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude)
• Ownership - independence and responsibility for assigned tasks
• Accuracy and diligence at work (individually and in a team)
• Good knowledge of English (minimum B2)
