Michael Page The resource will have the following responsibilities: - Accounting of works and preparation of progress reports (SAL); - Coordination with external design engineers, supervising timeliness and correctness of technical documentation; - Constant updating of management files and monitoring of projects; - Collection and archiving of construction documents; - Control activities in architectural design; - Control activities in plant engineering and verification of deliverables from external collaborators; - Preparation and control of Estimating Reports; - Management of deadlines, coordination of technical activities and reporting to the Technical Department. The ideal resource will have the following requirements: - Minimum 2 years of experience in the role, - Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering and/or Architecture, - Excellent knowledge of Excel and Autocad and good knowledge of Primus, - Knowledge of Construction Contracts with Companies and Professionals, - Order and ability to work with digital tools (e.g. electronic agendas, Excel sheets), - Knowledge of building practices - urban planning/urban planning/fire safety/safety, - Certification as a Safety Coordinator (CSP/CSE) is considered a Plus, - Flexibility for movements on construction sites in the national territory, - Organization and proactivity, - Being self-motivated is considered a Plus.
