We are looking for a Junior Project Manager to join the Define team, which is one of the fastest-growing teams at Colliers. The team consists of architects, researchers, cost estimators, project managers, installation designers, and many other specialists. For the part related to fit-out project implementation, we are seeking someone for the position of Junior Project Manager or Younger Project Manager.

Your scope of responsibilities:

  • Managing a construction and finishing project for commercial objects (fit-out);
  • Coordinating subcontractor work on-site and collaborating with suppliers;
  • Maintaining costs and changes;
  • Supervising and verifying ongoing work;
  • Participating in coordination with the investor and inspectors;
  • Coordinating the project process;
  • Maintaining the invoicing and payment process;
  • Organizing and maintaining electronic data;
  • Coordinating the preparation of post-execution documentation.

Our expectations:

  • Bachelor's degree in one of the following fields: land engineering, electrical engineering, or environmental engineering;
  • Professional experience (minimum 1 year after graduation) related to your education;
  • Experience in managing construction projects or experience as a member of a project team;
  • Good communication skills in English (spoken and written);
  • Very good knowledge of MS Office Package and AutoCad;
  • Interest in technical, formal, and technological knowledge;
  • Ongoing availability for participation in projects lasting 3-6 months outside standard residence (approximately once a year);
  • Availability to work in approximately proportions: 80% construction site, 20% office/remote.
