This enables the profitability of interconnected customer installations to be significantly increased. We offer customers a "One-Stop-Shop" for purchasing and installing individual and intelligent energy system solutions, so that every household can quickly and professionally live, heat, and mobilize climate-neutrally. At the same time, we are working on the further development and expansion of the Heartbeat software in our technology department to connect customers worldwide with the electricity market and offer them the cheapest and cleanest electricity tariff possible.

Your Position

• You identify process optimizations and are able to implement these under guidance or independently in the team
• You take over your own projects and manage them from concept to go-live
• You help us develop and further expand our Customer Care system landscape with regard to automation and AI
• You support in service provider management

Your Profile

• You are still enrolled at a German university for at least two semesters and can support us immediately 15-20 hours per week
• You already have some experience in project & process management and are able to drive topics independently
• You are communicative and empathetic and manage to convince people of your ideas
• You don't just work on things, but want to leave your personal footprint behind
• You speak fluent German and English
