Job description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and forward-thinking Project Manager to oversee autonomous vehicle (AV) testing projects. This role combines strong project management expertise with knowledge of emerging mobility technologies. The Project Manager will coordinate field operations, testing teams, and technology partners to ensure safe, efficient, and compliant execution of AV testing programs. Primary Responsibilities Plan, manage, and oversee end-to-end autonomous vehicle testing projects, from concept development through deployment. Key responsibilities include: • Developing project plans, timelines, and budgets in collaboration with stakeholders • Coordinating and managing cross-functional teams, including engineers, technicians, and other support staff • Ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, industry standards, and company policies • Collaborating with technology partners to integrate their solutions into testing programs • Analyzing project data and metrics to identify trends, opportunities for improvement, and areas for optimization. Requirements: • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., engineering, computer science, business administration) or equivalent experience • 2+ years of experience in project management, preferably in the automotive or technology industries • Strong understanding of autonomous vehicle technologies, including sensors, software, and hardware • Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and deadlines • Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
