Junior Project Manager

Job Description

We are looking for a Project Manager who will be involved in planning, coordinating and monitoring of strategic corporate projects, with particular attention to resource management, respecting deadlines and budget, and continuous process improvement. The selected figure will be the point of reference between different company teams, facilitating communication and ensuring project objectives are met.

What you'll do:

• Planning, managing and monitoring cross-functional projects, from analysis to final delivery.
• Coordinating work teams and facilitating communication between internal and external stakeholders.
• Mapping, optimizing and reviewing company processes to increase efficiency and quality.
• Gathering, analyzing and formalizing requirements for IT tool development and operational process implementation.
• Defining, tracking and reporting project KPIs and operational performance metrics.
• Creating reports to support strategic and operational decision-making.

What we're looking for:

• Prior experience in managing complex projects or coordinating cross-functional teams.
• Able to translate business needs into concrete operational plans.
• Prior experience in analyzing and optimizing company processes.
• Advanced knowledge of SQL for data analysis and reporting.
• Excellent knowledge of the English language.

Nice to have:

• Bachelor's degree in economics, engineering management, statistics or related fields.
• Skills on BI tools (Tableau, Qliksense, Google Data Studio, Power BI).
• Familiarity with project management tools (e.g. Jira, Asana, MS Project) and process mapping tools (Aris or similar).
• Certifications in project management (e.g. PMP, Prince2, Agile/Scrum).
