Effective immediately, we are looking for a Junior Project Manager (all genders) in the area of Retail Campaigns to join our team at our Berlin location.

WHAT YOU DO

• As a Junior Project Manager (all genders), you will support the team in the holistic planning and implementation of retail campaigns and independently take responsibility for diverse sub-projects.
• Together with the team, you will act as a central interface between our clients, design, our own production, and external service providers, ensuring smooth communication.
• You will assist in the creation of project timelines, cost calculations, and proposals for our clients.
• You will always maintain an overview and take control of and document production and logistics processes throughout the entire project lifecycle.
• If required, you will actively contribute to the planning, implementation, support, and execution of exciting event projects.

WHO YOU ARE

• You have successfully completed an apprenticeship or a degree in business administration, economics, or communication sciences.
• First professional experience (1-2 years) in retail marketing, preferably also through internships or student work.
• You are enthusiastic about innovative retail campaigns and have a strong interest in their implementation with sustainable alternatives.
• High self-motivation, hands-on mentality, and teamwork skills.
• Very good English and German language skills, as well as very good MS Office skills, especially MS Excel.
