Junior Project Leader R&D (m/w/x)

Job Description:

To strengthen our expert team at our customer from the radio and communication industry, we're looking for a Junior Project Leader R&D (m/w/x) in permanent employment at K-tronik. Tasks:

• Support & Optimization of the project team in using and administering tools like Jira, Jama, and PowerPPM to increase efficiency and transparency in daily project operations - Creation and maintenance of (ad-hoc) reports on project performance, support in data alignment from various systems (SAP, PowerBI, Excel) for project reports and analyses - Support in creating project plans and schedules, budget control and reporting, setting up or optimizing corresponding work aids (e.g. in Excel) - Preparation of presentations or meeting protocols, as well as regular and special reports for management - Team coordination and organization of meetings with internal and external stakeholders - Communication between project leaders, team members, and other relevant stakeholders to ensure smooth cooperation

Qualifications:

• Studies in a technically or methodologically relevant field, preferably with technical or interdisciplinary background (e.g. electrical engineering or business informatics) - Very good knowledge of using and administering tools Jira, Jama, and PowerPPM - Experience in optimizing workflows and process improvements - Secure handling of SAP and PowerBI, especially in data processing and analysis, as well as MS Office (especially Excel, PowerPoint) - Ability to create reports, analyze data, and prepare it for stakeholders - Professional experience in project management or a related field - Ability to understand technical content, document it clearly, and communicate with technical experts - Structured, self-motivated, and process-oriented working style, as well as high communication and team skills - High organizational ability, especially when planning and accompanying deadlines and meetings - Very good German and English language skills
