Our customer has been active in the automotive field for years and is a leading provider of innovative suspension, braking, and steering systems for the automotive industry.
You love to manage complex technical projects, keep an overview, and ensure that all stakeholders are on track? Then you're exactly right with our customer.
As Jr. Manager in the Suspension/Fahrwerk department, you will be the central point of contact for our application projects – from the first customer contact to series production. You coordinate, moderate, bring people together, and ensure that technical excellence, customer satisfaction, and timelines are aligned.
In short: You hold the reins in your hand and shape the future of mobility at our Frankfurt am Main location.
Aufgaben
- Responsibility for coordinating new and existing application projects – from nomination to series production
- Closely working with construction through active support in CAD activities
- Participation in product development and validation – from concept phase to series maturity
- Serving as a central interface between customer, operations, sales, development, suppliers, and internal project participants
- Ensuring project progress and meeting internal and external milestones on the way to series production
- Organizing, conducting, and moderating project meetings – e.g., project gateway meetings
- Creating, maintaining, and tracking project timetables, action lists (LOPs), and relevant project documentation
- Regular reporting on project status – both in internal rounds and at external customer meetings
- Caring for and technically supporting projects even after SOP – with changes, optimizations, or technical troubleshooting
Qualifikation
- A completed degree in Mechanical Engineering or comparable engineering field
- Technical understanding of suspension systems (Suspension), experience in construction, testing, validation, or tuning is advantageous
- You are organized, solution-oriented, and know how to work structured and reliably under pressure
- You are familiar with change-, problem-, and requirement management
- You speak fluent German and English and can express yourself confidently on both technical and human levels
- You enjoy working internationally, are open to travel, and navigate cultural diversity with ease
