Junior Produktionsfachkraft (m/w/d) in TZ 75% 

The position is currently temporarily limited until 30.09.2026 - option for extension

The tasks you will perform: Timely execution of all preparatory activities for the production areas, including the operation and cleaning of complex preparation facilities such as washing machine or autoclave in the assigned area
Performance of regular production and cleaning processes in selected areas under compliance with GMP guidelines, e.g. GMP-compliant operation of equipment and/or processes, including the performance of required in-process controls
GMP-compliant written and/or electronic documentation of all activities performed (e.g. production and cleaning processes) under consideration of GMP requirements for documentation
Compliance with applicable hygiene/ clothing/environmental protection/safety standards
Maintain cleanliness and orderliness in the area and implement sustainable systems like 5S in the area
Fulfill your own training and further education plan in relevant areas and self-responsible control of the training status
Active participation in performance dialogue and transfer of all necessary information to the following team at shift change 
Correct recording of working hours 
You bring: Knowledge of cleaning and disinfection of large-scale production facilities ideally in a cGMP environment or several years of professional experience in jobs with hygiene relevance (e.g. hairdresser, food processing, butcher, baker, dental assistant, etc.)
Hygiene understanding and technical basic understanding
Experience in activities in the cGMP area and knowledge of GMP-compliant documentation
Safe, structured working style and a high level of responsibility and willingness to engage
Good PC skills in all common MS Office applications
Learning readiness and joy in teamwork
Readiness for shift work (early/late) as well as weekend and holiday work is a prerequisite
