The Scintilla AG is responsible worldwide for the development, manufacturing, marketing, and sales coordination of accessories for power tools for craftsmen, industry, and DIY enthusiasts. ## Job Description ## * In ongoing projects as well as in operational daily business, you support project leaders and product management. * You gradually take on more responsibility and lead your own projects in product management later. * For internal discussions and management updates, you prepare presentations and decision-making documents. * You conduct calculations, market, and competitive analyses independently and also support product training. * Actively, you work on developing product strategies and future product roadmaps for Metal & Wood Drilling and Screw Driving & Sets (Bosch Expert & Diablo as global brands) with. * Additionally, you are responsible for the product lifecycle management, review the overall portfolio, and adjust marketing content for online and offline platforms. ## Qualifications ## **Education:** Successfully completed Bachelor's degree (e.g., business administration, economics, mechanical engineering, or comparable) and the concrete intention to pursue a Master's degree in Switzerland. **Experiences and Know-how:** First experiences in product management, project management, or marketing are advantageous. Very good Excel and PowerPoint skills as well as an outstanding analytical thinking ability. **Personality and Work Style:** High self-responsibility, initiative, and structured problem-solving approach. Strong conviction, confident appearance, entrepreneurial spirit, and high customer orientation. **Interests:** Enjoyment of numbers and market and competitive analyses. Interest in teamwork, joint development, and solution-oriented development. Openness to products, mechanical principles, and curiosity about application cases ## Additional Information ## The Bosch PreMaster Programm is a two-stage program **for engaged Bachelor graduates**, who want to pursue a Master's degree. After the Bachelor's degree, up to 12 months of practical experience are provided for familiarization with technical and business-related aspects in the first phase. The second phase includes the Master's degree program, which will be continued part-time.
