As a Junior Product Manager / Venture Builder, you won't just be joining somewhere: you will take full responsibility for essential parts of our ventures from day 1.

What you do with us

• Ownership instead of support work: You are responsible for your own project strands of our ventures – with real decision-making power over implementation, prioritization, and strategic direction.

• From idea to product: You manage digital solutions from the first hypothesis to market readiness – including technical feasibility checks. Short cycles, early validation, fast feedback: we build, test, discard what doesn't work, and scale what gains traction.

• AI & Tech Scouting: You are at the forefront of new AI tools and technologies, testing them, evaluating their strategic added value, and integrating them into our products before the market does.

• Rapid Prototyping & R&D: You drive the process of turning ideas into testable prototypes within days, precisely distinguishing measurable feasibility from wishful thinking.

What you bring

• Education: Successfully completed studies (Business Informatics, Computer Science, Entrepreneurship, or comparable) or relevant practical experience in a technology-driven environment.

• Deep technical understanding: You understand the architecture of modern software development and can communicate with developer teams at eye level, even if you don't code yourself daily.

• Proactivity & Drive: Analytical thinking, quick comprehension, and the ability to develop solutions independently in unclear situations instead of waiting for instructions.

• AI-Native Mindset: In-depth understanding and practical experience with AI-assisted / AI-native development processes.

• Doer Mentality: Hunger for new things – you want to build and further develop scalable products, not just manage existing structures.

• Language skills: Fluent German and English, both written and spoken.

• Work style: High self-responsibility, resilience for a fast pace, and the ability to deliver reliable results without micromanagement.
