Junior Product Manager (m/w/d) for cosmetic products

Your Tasks

• You discover trends, understand target groups and translate insights into genuine product ideas.
• You take care of thorough analyses of market and competition.
• You accompany the journey of a product – from initial formulation ideas to launch.
• You are the interface and communicator: between development, marketing, controlling, and production.
• You give our marketing team input for stories, texts, and training materials.
• You are the point of contact for the sales team and convey a deeper understanding of the product.
• You work on product merchandise tasks for retail trade with
• You have an eye for details: from artworks to INCI lists.
• You help out with special projects, presentations, and exhibition preparations – and are yourself on site.
• You actively shape packaging materials, active ingredient concepts, and bring your ideas into product development.
• You work closely with our international sourcing partners.

Your Profile

• Completed education or degree – ideally with a focus on economics, marketing, or product management.
• First professional experience in product management, preferably in the cosmetics or lifestyle sector.
• Analytical thinking paired with creativity and a sense of trends.
• Communication skills, team spirit, and a "hands-on" mentality.
• Good MS-Office skills (especially Excel).
• Very good English language skills in writing and speaking.
