(Junior) Product Manager E-Commerce (m/f/d)

Clevertronic is the all-round partner for smartphone life: We buy used smartphones, tablets, and other electronics, professionally refurbish them, and give them a second life as tested refurbished products.

With around 100 colleagues, over 50 million Euros in revenue, and profitable growth without investors, we are one of the largest refurbishing companies in Germany. Now we are developing Clevertronic into a platform for smartphone life - with new products, business models, and markets.

To achieve this, we are looking for a dedicated personality with experience in e-commerce who wants to contribute their own ideas, take on responsibility, and develop further with us in product management.

Responsibilities

• You analyze our e-commerce products, the online shop, and the customer journey using key figures and customer feedback.
• You develop concrete improvements from this and accompany their implementation from the initial idea to go-live.
• You will take responsibility for clearly defined projects from the outset, coordinate the involved teams, and keep an eye on progress and results.
• You also pitch in with day-to-day business, thereby getting to know our products, processes, and customer needs from the ground up.
• You use AI for research, analysis, and project preparation, and try out new application possibilities.

Qualifications

• You have gained practical experience in e-commerce, product, or project management.
• Ideally, you have completed a commercial apprenticeship or a degree with a focus on business or digital topics.
• You think analytically, enjoy working with numbers, and can draw comprehensible conclusions from information.
• You show initiative, work in a structured and reliable manner, and want to take responsibility for your areas.
• You communicate clearly, enjoy working with different people, and can bring together different perspectives.
• You approach AI and other digital tools openly and curiously, and want to integrate them meaningfully into your daily work.
