Junior Product Manager | Dermocosmetics & Personal Care

About the Role: We are looking for a Marketing Manager with strong execution capabilities to translate global strategy into impactful local plans. This role leads go-to-market initiatives, campaign execution, and financial performance, ensuring sustainable growth across dermocosmetics and personal care brands. Key Responsibilities: Translate global marketing strategy into local execution plans and ensure flawless implementation. Lead and execute the Marketing & Go-To-Market strategy for assigned dermocosmetics and personal care brands. Develop and implement comprehensive market research to inform product development and brand positioning. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Product Development, and Supply Chain, to drive business results. Monitor and analyze campaign performance, identifying areas for improvement and optimizing strategies accordingly. Ensure alignment of local marketing plans with global strategy and goals. Key Requirements: Strong understanding of the dermocosmetics and personal care industry. Excellent communication and project management skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple projects simultaneously. Experience in developing and executing marketing campaigns, including social media, influencer partnerships, and event planning. Familiarity with market research tools and data analysis techniques. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to think strategically and make informed decisions. Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field. Certification in digital marketing or a related field is an asset.
