Junior Product Manager

We are a healthcare AI startup. Currently in stealth mode. Backed by Tier 1 US VCs Founding team of serial healthcare entrepreneurs Global team (Singapore / India / US) We are building some of the advanced, easy to use healthcare AI tools for Physicians and patients. About the Role The Junior Product Manager supports the development and launch of digital health solutions, including clinical workflows, patient management, telehealth, and health data systems. You will collaborate with engineering teams to define product requirements, prioritize features, and ensure successful product launches. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented individual who can effectively communicate technical information to non-technical stakeholders. Key responsibilities include: • Developing and maintaining product roadmaps and backlogs • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize product features • Defining and tracking key performance indicators (KPIs) for product success • Conducting market research and competitive analysis to inform product decisions • Working closely with the engineering team to ensure successful product launches • Providing input on product design, user experience, and overall product strategy. Requirements: • 1-2 years of experience in a product management role or related field (e.g., business development, operations) • Strong understanding of healthcare technology trends and innovations • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills • Experience working with cross-functional teams and stakeholders • Familiarity with Agile product development methodologies • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or related field.
