As a Junior Product Developer, you will support our development team in all phases of product development – from the idea to sample creation and final production release.
You will work closely with Design, Product Management, Production and our international suppliers.

Tasks

• Support in the development of prototypes to market-ready sports glove collections
• Creation and maintenance of technical production documents
• Maintenance of product- and material-related master data in the PLM system (Centric)
• Coordination of prototypes and samples, including commenting according to specifications
• Closely working with our production partners in Asia to align details and track deadlines
• Support in implementing quality and sustainability standards in the development process

Qualification

• Degree in Textile/Bekleidungs/Produktentwicklung or comparable training
• First practical experience in product development – e.g. through internship or work student activity
• Technical understanding, quality awareness and a good eye for details
• Familiarity with MS Office; ideally experience with PLM systems and/or Adobe Illustrator
• Structured, self-reliant working style and hands-on mentality
• Team spirit, openness & willingness to take responsibility
• Affinity for our products an advantage
• Very good German and English skills
