Aufgaben

Product Development

• You work together with the management and product team on new products and developments.
• You support in creating technical specifications, drawings, and product details.
• You learn to evaluate materials, constructions, and quality features.
• You take over sample management and accompany tests and releases.
• You ensure with the team that products are functional, high-quality, and brand-compliant.
• You work closely with marketing to communicate product USPs.

Sourcing & Production

• You support in selecting and communicating with international manufacturers.
• You are involved in price, MOQ, and production time negotiations.
• You help coordinate production workflows and timelines.
• You support quality control measures and pre-shipment checks.
• You learn how to build and maintain long-term supplier relationships.

Qualification

What you should bring

• First-hand experience or training in product development, design, technology, procurement, or production.

• Will to get involved in technical drawings, specs, and quality standards.
• Structured work style and a keen eye for details.
• Good English skills for collaboration with international suppliers.
• Hands-on mentality and willingness to take responsibility.
• Bonus: Experience in pet brands.
