Your Position

As the Energy Team, we are part of the Tech Team at 1KOMMA5° Heartbeat GmbH. We work daily to actively shape the energy transition and drive forward innovative projects and digital products.

We are looking for a motivated (Junior) Process & Operations Manager - Energy (m/f/d) as soon as possible, for the organization and successful implementation of the Smart Meter Rollout at our German locations, as well as for the processes surrounding our dynamic electricity tariff.

We work daily to make our digital products available to thousands of customers worldwide. We are growing strongly and are therefore looking for reinforcements! What counts is that you are motivated to tackle the tasks below, to step on the gas, and are looking for a steep learning curve! We look forward to hearing from you.

• Planning, coordination, and organization of the Smart Meter Rollout in cooperation with our German locations
• Development and optimization of processes for our dynamic electricity tariff
• Processing of energy industry processes via market communication
• Ensuring compliance with legal requirements and technical standards in the energy sector
• Monitoring and analysis of project progress as well as derivation of measures to achieve goals
• Collaboration with internal and external stakeholders to ensure a smooth process
• Development and further development of data-driven solutions for process automation
• Creation of reports and analyses on the progress and results of the rollout
• Support for customer service in special cases

Your Profile

You have:

• a completed degree or a comparable qualification, ideally in (energy) economics or an apprenticeship, e.g., in a commercial field or a related field
• knowledge in project management and process optimization
• an analytical and structured way of working, as well as a good understanding of technical contexts and solution-oriented thinking
• strong communication skills and the ability to convey complex topics understandably
• confident use of common Office programs and the ability to quickly familiarize yourself with new software
• fluent German and English skills, both written and spoken

Bonus points for:

• initial experience in the energy industry
• knowledge of working with CRM software and data analysis tools
