Do you not just want to write code, but improve real processes with your solutions? For our locations in Hanover or Berlin, we are looking for a Junior Process Automation Engineer (m/f/d) in full-time (40 hours/week). Together with our team, you will develop smart automation solutions for our customer experience areas and, in particular, design the associated user-friendly frontends.

Your Tasks

• You identify automation and optimization potentials in our CX processes and develop suitable technical solutions together with the team.

• As part of a small, flexible development team, you will work on diverse projects related to process automation and internal tools.

• For your colleagues' backend projects, you will develop intuitive and user-friendly frontend solutions for our CX teams.

• You will be responsible for the frontend of our automation platform and will continuously develop it – from code reviews and best practices to modernizing existing applications and tech stacks.

• Together with various departments, you will optimize interfaces and processes with our CX teams.

• In doing so, you will also continuously develop your own technical know-how and receive room to try out new technologies and solution approaches.

Your Profile

• You have completed a degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a comparable field, or you have an IT training with a focus on application development.

• You already have initial practical experience with modern frontend technologies such as Angular, Vue.js, or React.

• You have good knowledge of JavaScript and/or TypeScript. Experience with Python is a plus.

• You enjoy solving technical challenges and work carefully and solution-oriented.

• You are familiar with working with Linux/Unix systems and the command line.

• You are familiar with version control, especially Git.

• You are eager to learn new things and continuously develop your technical skills.

• Knowledge of Docker or Kubernetes is an advantage, but not a requirement.

• You communicate confidently in German and English.
